## Quick answer

**Choose Korpi** when you want to browse a particular story format before committing: [AI Fruit Story](/best-ai/ai-fruit-story), [Fruit Forbidden Love](/best-ai/fruit-forbidden-love) or [Fruit Friendzone Drama](/best-ai/fruit-friendzone-drama). These creators combine scripts, scenes, narration or dialogue, and captions around their own story structure.

**Choose Frutti** when you want to write an episode's script, cast and scene list without an account before paying for its render, or want its returning-cast episode format. Those are documented options on [Frutti's pricing page](https://frutti.ai/pricing), checked October 20, 2026.

## Where Frutti is better or cheaper

Frutti's free writing stage is a concrete advantage if you want to inspect a complete written premise before subscribing. Its page states that no account or card is needed for that stage; rendering is paid, with no free render tier ([Frutti pricing](https://frutti.ai/pricing), checked October 20, 2026).

For annual subscribers, Frutti publishes an $84 yearly Starter commitment, displayed as $7/month. This is a different billing commitment from a monthly subscription. It includes 1,200 credits per month, and its pricing page estimates one Standard episode from that balance ([Frutti pricing](https://frutti.ai/pricing), checked October 20, 2026).

## Where Korpi fits

Korpi's fruit catalog lets you choose the premise as well as the characters: relationship conflict, forbidden love or a friendzone story. The [AI Fruit Story creator](/create/ai-fruit-story) produces scene-by-scene stories with fruit-character images, narration and captions. Watch its existing example before selecting a plan.

For another meme-story format, explore [Brainrot Animal House Builder](/best-ai/brainrot-animal-house-builder). Compare its example with the fruit examples rather than assuming every character style uses the same pacing or dialogue.

## Compare prices by billing period

Korpi Hobby is $16.99/month billed monthly. Check [Korpi pricing](/pricing) for current allowances. Public examples are free to watch; custom generation and export require a paid plan and credits.

Frutti Starter is $24/month with monthly billing; Creator is $59/month with 2,500 monthly credits. Their annual totals are $84 and $216 respectively. A Standard episode costs 1,200 credits; a Long episode costs 1,800 ([Frutti pricing](https://frutti.ai/pricing), checked October 20, 2026).

A clip allowance is not a finished-episode allowance. Credit units differ between products, so these prices do not establish an equal cost per finished video. Comparable output quality, render speed and cost for your exact script remain n/a.
